How to pay?

To pay an invoice, please use one of the following options:

TransferMate

TransferMate (formerly called PaytoStudy) is an easy-to-use online payment solution. It eliminates the fees usually involved in making international payments and offers competitive foreign exchange rates. Click here to make a payment.

Bank transfer

Please ensure that you include the student name and student number as a reference.
The invoice contains our bank account details, IBAN and swift code.

Please note that bank charges may apply for sending international bank transfers. Bank charges are to be paid by the students and not by the school.

By credit or debit card

Paying by cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Leeds English Language School Ltd.

Pay a deposit

If you wish to pay a deposit to be issued with a visa letter, we require at least 2 weeks tuition + the registration fee.

Cancellations

Leeds English must be notified of any cancellations at least 2 weeks before the start of the course. Refunds may be given in certain circumstances. Please read the Terms and Conditions and our refund policy.

When to pay?

Please note that courses and accommodation must be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking. If payment is not received, courses and accommodation are not guaranteed.

Full payment must be received in order to guarantee your place for the duration that you would like to study. For example, if you want to study for 12 weeks, it is much better to pay for 12 weeks rather than just a few weeks. If you pay for fewer weeks than you intend to study, you may lose your place.
